The Lori Rowe Shopping Party is an annual event I host in February. The purpose of this action- packed evening to promote my trusted service providers/ vendors AND to connect with my clients, friends, and colleagues in a party atmosphere. Attendance averages around 100 and all guests receive a 15% discount on anything they buy, a loaded swag bag with tons of free stuff, a cute wine glass, lots of food and wine, raffle prizes, and, quite possibly, a valuable prize donated by one of my vendors. About 70% of my business is Repeat & Referral so I know how important a “warm” introduction is. The “Golden Rule” and “Paying It Forward” are the ultimate keys to success, right?
The 2024 Shopping Party was our best EVER! We gave away a flat screen TV, staging packages, Wireless Dimmer Switch Kit, Power Washing Certificate, Interior Design Packages, "Life Happens Wine Helps" stemless wine glasses, generous gift cards to local restaurants and Amazon, jewelry, a home maintenance kit, and MORE. Michael Bencks of Neighborhood Loans and Kevin Rowe, our Business Manager, manned the bar, while Jennifer, our Operations Manager oversaw the prizes. Our swag bags were very loaded with a candle, nail files, electrical work certificates, coupons for everything from flower bouquets to bundt cakes to junk removal to hand-made tutus, can cozies, and lots of fun stuff.
I love combining some of my favorite things (shopping, socializing, free stuff, good food, excellent wine, and discounts) in one evening for the folks who have propelled my career to great heights since 1986. Hope to see you at the 2025 Lori Rowe Shopping Party!
